By accessing our Website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or Services.

2.5. The Company has two directors: Kumar Gagan and Kumar Gautam.

3. Services Description

3.4. The Services are provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis, accessible via our Website.

4. User Accounts

4.1. To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create a user account.

4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

8.2. We do not claim ownership of AI-Generated Content. However, we retain the right to use, store, and analyze this content to improve our Services.

8.3. You acknowledge that AI-Generated Content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your needs. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on AI-Generated Content.

8.4. You agree not to use our Services to generate, upload, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
